Speaker Bios
Dawn Froning is a graduate from the University of Missouri, Columbia with a bachelor of science degree in meteorology. She has been employed with Department of Natural Resources Air Pollution Control Program for 27 years in the Air Quality Analysis Section and the Permit Section. She has been happily married (most of time, lol) to her husband Tim for 29 years a 21 year old daughter. She enjoys outdoor activities and spends her free time hiking, kayaking, boating and gardening.
Kelly Robson is a graduate from the University of Kansas with a bachelor of science degree in Environmental Science. She has been with the Air Pollution Control Program for 20 years in both the Air Quality Analysis Section and the Permit Section. Kelly started out writing permits for the construction industry for a couple of years before transitioning into permit modeling. She decorates cakes and cookies as a hobby on the side when she is not spending time with family and friends.
